Sreya Chattopadhyay is an Associate Principal with Analytical Wizards, a cutting edge data science & analytics start-up focused on Life Sciences & Healthcare. She has over 12 years of experience of working in analytics consulting across Healthcare, CPG, Retail and Finance verticals. She specializes in Segmentation & Micro Targeting, Multi Channel Analytics, Marketing Mix Optimization, Pricing Strategy and Loyalty Analytics and provides support to AW's client engagements and sales. She holds a Masters degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.

Tom Haskell is the Global Head of Data Analytics for Kantar Health. In this role, Haskell engineers Kantar Health’s data solutions, combining our industry-leading primary data collection infrastructure with current and emerging secondary data sources to provide unique offerings to our customers.

Haskell has a deep background in providing innovative solutions to complex issues in the healthcare market. Previously, Tom worked for over 8 years at IMS Health, leading the development of leading-edge cohort creation, analytics, and visualization tools for real-world data. Previous to his 15+ years in the healthcare industry, Tom was one of the founders and lead architect of, the first major online site to offer mapping and driving directions to the public.

Tom is a graduate of Harvard University, with a concentration in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.

Michael Howes is a Principal based in the ZS Princeton, New Jersey office, with over 10 years of experience working with oncology data and analytics in support of sales and marketing decisions and performance analysis.

As the Analytics Lead for a large pharmaceutical client, Michael leads an engagement of over 150 people engaging in analytics support. His work has combined primary market research with secondary data and internal system data to provide holistic insights to business problems.

Peter Ingraham is Senior Director of Management Science, Global Analytic COE at Sanofi, where he conducts promotion response modeling and optimization of resources worldwide across the General Medicines portfolio. In addition, he works on marketing mix and econometric modeling for the Sanofi Consumer Health Care Business Unit and sales force sizing and promotion response for the Sanofi Vaccines Business Unit.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from University of South Carolina and Master of Science degree in Statistics from The George Washington University. Prior to joining Sanofi in 2015, he worked for

Andrew Merron, Ph.D., is the Executive Director of Oncology at Decision Resources Group. In this capacity he leads the research team to deliver high quality, timely, and relevant insights and forecasts across all sectors of the oncology market. In addition, Andrew drives the strategic direction of the team, builds and maintains long-term strategic partnerships with clients, and translates domain knowledge into substantial value for the department. Previously, Andrew managed the Biosimilars portfolio at Decision Resources Group.

Dr. Merron has extensive experience in forecasting oncology and hematology-oncology drug markets and in conducting primary research with physicians and payers across the major pharmaceutical markets. Prior to joining Decision Resources, Dr. Merron received his B.Sc. degree in biochemistry from the University of Bath and his Ph.D. in molecular oncology from the University of London. His doctorate focused on in vivo molecular imaging of cancer immunotherapies, specifically therapeutic oncolytic adenoviruses.

Andrew Keleher is an experienced marketing leader with more than 16 years in product marketing, sales consulting and cloud delivery. His focus has primarily been on CRM, Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Business Intelligence for the Life Sciences industry. Andrew is based in the UK and currently leads marketing at Axtria. He is also responsible for driving continued growth in Europe.

Prior to this role, Andrew led the CX Product Marketing team at Oracle, and was responsible for the integrated messaging and go-to-market strategy across the customer experience portfolio. Andrew has 8 years of delivery experience in cloud consulting focusing on the Pharma, CPG and Telco industries. He then served in the sales organizations for 3 years, partnering with a number of global customers on their digital transformations and enabling them to realize true business value from their cloud investments.

Asif Pesnani is a Manager with ZS in the London office. He has over 10 years of experience in addressing sales and marketing issues for clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

He has mainly worked on commercial organisation design, sales force size and structure, roles definitions / responsibilities, SFE assessments, territory design, channel strategy optimisation, launch planning, P&L diagnostics and has also been involved with incentive compensation design.

Recently he has been leading a analytics and reporting transformation projects with a global big Pharma across the EMEA region

Dr. Jessica Santos is the Global Compliance Director in Kantar Health, a leading global healthcare consulting and market research firm in the life sciences industry. Jessica is primarily responsible for providing oversight and support across the 40+ Kantar Health (KH) global offices in the area of regulation, interaction with clients, suppliers and others within Kantar Health, Kantar and WPP. Jessica is responsible for maintaining, anticipating and coordinating all activities with regard to compliance laws/regulations and quality framework on RWR (Real World Research) and MR (Market Research).

Jessica is an experienced statistician, analyst and methodologist. She gained her reputation through her publications and professional committee work in the industry. Jessica is a frequent speaker and contributor in major conferences. She has a PhD in Marketing and MRS fellowship. Jessica is a member of BHBIA Ethics Committee, EphMRA Compliance Network, UK Research Ethics Committee, reviewer and chair of ISPOR (International Society of Pharmaco-economic and Outcome Research) Code of Conduct Committee.

Erik Svenson is a Principal with ZS Associates, based in Frankfurt, Germany, with expertise in marketing analytics across international markets.

Erik’s expertise includes developing programs supporting brand analytics, business performance tracking and sales compensation. He has partnered with clients to effectively implement strategy through innovative technology and operations solutions.

Christopher Teale joined GfK in 2011 bringing with him extensive practical and academic experience within the pharmaceutical industry, across both Marketing and R&D, over a 30 year career. He has held a number of leadership positions at both Global and European level, having previously been Director of Global Pricing and Market Access (Oncology) at Astra Zeneca; Director Health Economics, Pricing, Reimbursement and Access at Allergan; Commercial Planning Manager at Fisons, and Portfolio Planning Manager at Ciba-Geigy (Novartis) in Switzerland.

Within GfK, Chris leads the European Oncology and Personalised Healthcare (PHC)) Practices and is also Lead on Global Biosimilar Strategy and War Gaming / Competitive Simulation Projects.

Chris holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from Newcastle University, and also studied at Loughborough University (Management Information Systems) and INSEAD Business School (Marketing for International Business).

Jean-Patrick Tsang is the Founder and President of Bayser, a Chicago-based consulting firm dedicated to pharmaceuticals sales and marketing. JP has worked on 250+ projects to date including ROI optimization, data strategy, and segmentation & targeting to mention just these. JP publishes and gives talks on a regular basis and runs one-day classes on various subjects related to data and analysis. In a previous life, JP deployed Artificial Intelligence to automate the design of payloads for satellites and was the adviser of two PhD Students. JP holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Grenoble University and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He was also the Recipient of the PMSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015. Devesh Verma, Ph.D., is Principal, Marketing Solutions, at Axtria. He has 17+ years in Marketing, Sales, Market Planning, and Management Consulting experience. Devesh leads the Marketing Solutions practice at Axtria. His prior experience includes leading US brand marketing for Daiichi Sankyo’s Hypertension and Metabolic franchises. Devesh led the transformation of the franchises to become customer-centric by integrating traditional sales force channels with evolving digital channels to meet the marketplace needs. This customer centric approach helped the two franchises achieve the highest annual sales on record of over $3.3Bn. Devesh’s DSI experience also included leading a sales team and heading the market planning department of the company.

Prior to Daiichi Sankyo, Devesh was a principal at marketRx, where he led many large engagements in marketing mix optimization, sales force size and structure, and call planning for the pharmaceutical industry. Devesh’s experience also includes working for Delta Air Lines’ Operations Research Department and Honeywell Technology Center.

Devesh holds a doctorate in Business Administration and a master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He earned his bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he was also a recipient of the prestigious institute silver medal for being adjudged academically the best student in Aerospace Engineering for the class of 1993.

Devesh also had the honor to serve on the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA) Board from 2013-2017. He launched PMSA’s free Virtual University program with a goal to increase management science awareness and usage in the pharmaceutical industry.

David Wood brings more than 35 years of experience in mathematical modeling of business problems, with over 20 years in sales and marketing analysis for Life Sciences companies. At Axtria, David serves as a Senior Principal, with emphasis on projects in mathematical modeling of sales operations and multi-channel promotion analysis.

In addition, David has done substantial work in the development of Yield Management for the commercial airline industry (at Sabre Decision Technologies), and has worked in finance, energy and natural resource economics issues.

David holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, in Operations Research.
