Our lead investigational therapy, sodium zirconium cyclosilicate, (ZS-9) is a novel agent for the treatment of Hyperkalemia, a potentially life-threatening condition characterized by abnormally high levels of potassium in the blood.

The Senior Manager, Sales Analytics role is responsible for the administration of the incentive compensation program and maintaining the target lists/call plans/alignments for field sales personnel. Responsibilities include effectively work with field sales and home office personnel to provide insights and recommendations on a variety of issues/imperatives impacting sales force success. Specific responsibilities include collaborative efforts with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Market Access to drive deliverables in sales force sizing and deployment, opportunity assessments, incentive compensation plan administration, field sales targeting, and managed care analysis.

  • Administer the sales incentive compensation program. In conjunction with field sales and senior management, develop and execute sales quotas based on demand sales of the products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, management, and dissemination of incentive compensation. Prepare ad-hoc analytics as needed to support incentive compensation results.
  • Optimize call plans and manage physician and account target lists for the sales team including quarterly refreshes based on field intelligence and analytics.
  • Conduct national, regional, and territory level analytics for sales and marketing management to provide visibility into sales performance, market dynamics, and determine potential risks & opportunities for the sales team.
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights, strategies, and tactics, and share findings through reports / presentations with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with IT and external data vendors to support reporting and systems requirements
  • 3-5 years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • 3-5 years Sales Operations or equivalent consulting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, Access required. Experience with Alteryx a plus.
  • Familiarity with reporting and BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire is preferred
  • Experience with 3rd party pharmaceutical data like IMS, Symphony (WK) required. Working knowledge of medical/retail claims and managed care data a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insights and recommendations
  • Excellent problem solving and Excel-based modeling skills
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Approximately 10% travel
